If you want to feel overall happy you need to allow yourself to feel sad when you are sad, if you want to be successful in achieving something you need yourself to make mistakes and fail, and if you want things to go perfectly you need to allow imperfections to happen.

Very often if we want something we are actually required to do the opposite thing of what we naturally think of doing to balance it all out.

If we don’t allow the opposite to happen we usually force things too much which results in more pressure and frustration and causes more negativity than positivity. This is something I perceive very often in people’s behaviour.

Balance is something very important in everything we do and it requires a lot of awareness of it cause like I have experienced during my competitive dancing years: it only takes a tiny second of unawareness to get you off balance😉
